The Kentucky Society of Architects Political Action Committee (KSA-PAC) collects limited personal information only as necessary to process contributions and respond to inquiries. This may include:
- Name and contact information (email address, mailing address)
- Employer or firm name, as required for campaign finance reporting
- Contribution amount and any candidate designation you provide
- Information submitted through our contact form
We do not collect payment card numbers or banking information directly. All financial transactions are processed securely through PayPal.

- Processing and recording your voluntary contribution
- Complying with Kentucky Registry of Election Finance (KREF) reporting requirements
- Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form

PayPal Payment Processing
Online contributions are processed through PayPal. When you click the donate button, you are redirected to PayPal’s secure platform to complete your transaction. PayPal’s own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. The KSA-PAC receives only the information necessary to record and report your contribution.
A PayPal account is not required — you may donate by credit or debit card through PayPal’s guest checkout.
Campaign Finance Reporting
As a registered Kentucky Political Action Committee, the KSA-PAC is required by law to report contributor information to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance (KREF). This information becomes part of the public record. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that your name, employer, address, and contribution amount may be publicly disclosed as required by Kentucky campaign finance law.
